  • Builder ($10/month): Ability to create and publish posts
  • Inner Circle ($25/month): All Builder features plus exclusive content and community access

5.2 Billing and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits

5.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6. User Content

6.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you post on 530am.io. You agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 530AM.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
